Apparently! Stella has been refused for review at a review site who's always given me great reviews in the past. They say there's not enough romance, which I think is silly. There's no way I could have ended January with a HEA. If I did there wouldn't be any need to write Feb-Dec. I'm chronicling Stella's life in 2005. In real life, people don't typically meet a guy one month and decide to marry him the next. But I'm not upset. I can understand how they misunderstood what Stella was about. The most important thing, my readers are really enjoying Stella and her adventures. I'm still in the Ebook Ad top five Erotica Bestsellers. I was #1 for a while, now I'm #2. WooHoo! With support like that, I don't care who won't review me!

Hello. I just wanted to say that I'm impressed. I want to write romance really bad but I just haven't had a story in my mind hit me as the one yet. You should be very proud of yourself for writing books. It's a great accomplishment. I tried to write a short story the other day with a really hot sex scene and I couldn't do it. I just kept describing and describing and now I'm still not finished with it yet. It was just for fun so my friend could read it but now I feel like I have to finish it and give it justice. I'm not really happy with it though since I've read this plot in a bunch of stories. But I'll stop running at the mouth now. I would love to read your stories. Can I get them at any bookstore?? Yeah I think that would be a great idea, because apparently they are kind of clueless about what The "Chronicles" of Stella Rice means. Not enough romance? There was enough for the lenght of the story and the situation that Stella was it. Oh well go figure. hopefully once you post a site explaining your work, then they'll review it.

The key to writing is simply to sit down and do it. Every book out today started with one word. Try not to think about writing a certain # of pages, just tell the story. It's also important that you don't over-edit yourself. The danger of over-editing is that you don't make any progress with the story, but remaining for weeks on the one section you keep editing. Write the story, look over it the next day, then move on. Your edits will be far better with a few days away from them anyway.
